Address book

This collection allows maintenance of contact details (actors, agencies) at a central place. Therefore the registration of data has to be done only once. Following information may be stored:

  • name, surname, title
  • phone numbers
  • e-mail address
  • links to other contact details (e.g. actress → agency)

By linking an address record to any referring object, you can have contextual access from a scene or a role to an address. This simplifies retrieval of the right contact information.

Important to say that one can maintain contact details but it's not a must. This function eases your job if you use the computer heavily.
